Last week Bart De Moor, Marine Callebaut and Denajda Bajraktari of our Restructuring & Insolvency team took the stage at the 16th European Restructuring & Insolvency Forum organised by Taylor Wessing in Tirana. 

Their presentation focused on: "Restructuring of companies in distress – Negotiating individual agreements rather than voting collective agreements", a topic that sparked lively debate among practitioners from across Europe.
