We are pleased to announce that Strelia partner Stefanie Tack will be speaking at the International Bar Association Annual Conference Copenhagen 2026, taking place from 4 to 9 October.

On Tuesday 6 October, Stefanie will join an international panel for the session “Global employment law and the boundaries of free expression.” 

The session will explore an increasingly complex challenge for multinational employers: how to balance employees’ individual rights and freedoms with corporate responsibilities and legal obligations across different jurisdictions. Against a backdrop of increased workplace monitoring, algorithm-driven systems and evolving expectations around employee expression, the panel will discuss how organizations can protect workers’ rights and privacy while maintaining a compliant workplace, safeguarding organizational integrity and addressing risks such as systemic bias.

Stefanie will be joined by Laura Devine (Laura Devine Immigration, London), Therese Ljosdahl (Haavind, Oslo) and George Waggott (George Waggott Law, Toronto). The session will be chaired by Caroline André-Hesse (Jeantet, Paris) and Enrique Mariano Stile (Marval O’Farrell Mairal, Buenos Aires).
