We welcome a new addition to our Employment & Benefits practice in Brussels.

Nathan Dubois joins us as an associate. He began his career in 2026 and gained initial experience in employment and social security law at a Belgian law firm, following a traineeship in social law. He has a particular interest in the legal implications of technological developments in the workplace, especially artificial intelligence and digital labour.

Nathan holds a master’s degree in law from the Université catholique de Louvain, including an Erasmus exchange at the Università di Bologna (2024), and a specialised master in social law from the Université libre de Bruxelles (2025).
