Charles Oiknine

Charles Oiknine is mainly active in the field of Banking Law and Finance Law. He also has relevant experience in dispute resolution.

Charles was admitted to the Paris Bar and to the Luxembourg Bar (Liste IV) in 2015. 

Before joining Strelia, Charles was an associate at Bonn & Schmitt for over two years in the Banking and Finance department. In 2012-2013 Charles was lecturer at the University Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne in public law. Charles also worked briefly at the European Court of Justice.

Cynthia Gieskes

Cynthia Gieskes focuses on distribution law and commercial law in general, as well as dispute resolution in these areas of law.

Cynthia was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2015.

Before joining Strelia in October 2017, she was an associate in the Commercial and Corporate Departments of DALDEWOLF.

Gaetano Jannone

Gaetano Jannone focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration, both national and international. He regularly advises clients in disputes relation with all kinds of commercial contracts, with a specific interest in distribution, industrial contracting and commodity trading agreements. He also has relevant experience in industrial joint-venture disputes.

The 17th edition of the Trophées du Droit award ceremony took place in Paris at le Pavillon d'Armenonville on March 16th 2017, gathering more than 950 professionals. These awards are divided into three main categories: Best International Law Firms, among which Strelia, as Best Belgian Law Firm Best Specialised Teams Best Law Firms Managers
