Employment and benefits

The human capital lies at the center of most businesses. This is why Strelia has developed an Employment and Benefits practice, which deals with all legal aspects of ‘people and reward’.

We are recognized as trusted business partners, used to dealing with highly sensitive, complex and board level strategic issues, providing clarity and practical strategies for the tough decisions.  Thanks to decades of expertise and experience, we offer our clients bespoke, pragmatic and creative legal advice and assistance, in both contentious and non-contentious legal HR matters, with an  unbeatable service quality.

Our clients include both national businesses and leading multinationals in various industries, including banking and finance, pharmaceutical, chemical, entertainment, professional services, retail and FMCG.

We take a holistic approach in managing strategic corporate transactions, together with our leading corporate team, in tackling restructuring issues, together with our insolvency specialists, or in advising on benefits and reward matters, with our tax experts.

We obviously handle cross-border matters, in cooperation with our “best friends” firms around the world.
