Natalia concentrates on Corporate and M&A.

She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in December 2017.

Natalia obtained her law degree from the University of Grenoble in 2015. She also holds a bachelor of private law from the University of Paris 8, France.

Natalia has several years of in-house experience at a private equity firm in Luxembourg, and immediately prior to joining Strelia she trained as “avocat” in a local general practice firm.

Dirk Leermakers is a Corporate and M&A lawyer who handles national and international mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity-driven and management-led buyouts. Dirk advises multinationals, private equity firms and hedge funds as well as occasionally private investors with their mostly cross-border transactions. In addition, Dirk is active in the field of corporate reorganisations and restructurings.
