Restructuring & Insolvency

Lawyers in our team have handled several of the few successful taker-overs in the framework of the act on continuity of enterprises of 31 January 2009. Because the process involves both negotiation of an agreement and defending in court the position of a bidder, the combination of our transactional and contentious practice has proved fruitful.

Our lawyers advise clients in the various disputes that can derive from a situation of insolvency, such as liability of directors, the rights of creditors and the rank between them.

Our team has a strong knowledge of securities, attachments and all related aspects of civil law.
