Eléonore Simonet est membre de notre département Corporate & Finance.

Eléonore pratique le droit des sociétés et assiste les clients dans le cadre de fusions et acquisition, joint ventures, restructurations d’entreprises et d’autres questions générales relatives aux sociétés, aussi bien au niveau international que national.

Elle s'intéresse également aux opérations bancaires et financières. Elle se concentre sur les transactions financières nationales et transfrontalières, y compris le financement d'acquisitions et la titrisation.

Formation

Elle est titulaire d’un bachelier en droit de l'Université Saint-Louis (2020) et d’un master en droit civil et pénal de l’Université catholique de Louvain (2022). A la fin de ses études, Eléonore a participé à un séjour d'échange à l'Université de Vienne.

Admission

Eléonore a été admise au barreau de Bruxelles en 2022.
