THE POSITION

The Brussels office of Strelia is seeking a mid-level associate to joint its Corporate | M&A team.

You will join a dynamic and well-integrated team of corporate lawyers working on various types of corporate matters across the whole spectrum of corporate work: M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital deals, restructurings, shareholders and governance matters, manpack structuration, etc.

We work on high-profile Belgian and international transactions. At the same time, we aim to have a work environment where all team members work with a smile on their face. Therefore, working at Strelia means working in a high-quality as well as enjoyable atmosphere.


YOUR PROFILE
  •   You have between 3 to 6 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer.
  •   You hold a Belgian master’s in law (with excellent university grades). An LL.M. from an English or American university is a plus.
  •   Native French-speaker, with an excellent command of the other national language and English.
  •   You are a team player and have the necessary drive and talent to work in a professional environment where the group atmosphere is key.
  •   You are passionate about Corporate law and M&A and you have excellent research and legal skills.
  •   You have excellent drafting skills combined with a client-oriented and hands-on mindset.
