Loïck est membre de l’équipe Droit de la concurrence et Régulation sectorielle.

Loïck est actif dans toutes les matières du droit de la concurrence, avec un intérêt particulier pour les secteurs réglementés, et ce, au niveau belge et européen.

De plus, il assiste les acteurs du marché pendant les procédures judiciaires devant les tribunaux nationaux et européens, ainsi que les autorités de la concurrence.

Formation

Loïck a suivi un programme de double master et a obtenu un master en droit de la Vrije Universiteit Brussel et de la University of Leeds (LL.M). Il a ensuite obtenu, en 2021, un ManaMa in IP & ICT law à la KULeuven où il a écrit son mémoire sur 'The concept of abuse of economic dependency with regards to Food Delivery Apps'.

En 2021, il a également été à la tête du département juridique de la Brussels Law School Consultancy VZW, une clinique juridique affiliée à la VUB.

Admission

Loïck a été admis au barreau de Bruxelles en 2021.
