Your profile
  • You have between 4 to 7-year(s) experience as a corporate/M&A lawyer.
  • You hold a Belgian master’s in law (with excellent university grades). An LL.M. from an English or American university is a plus.
  • Native Dutch-speaker, with an excellent command of French and English.
  • As a team player you have the necessary drive and talent to work in a professional environment where the group atmosphere is key.

Functiebeschrijving:

U bent de rechterhand van de vennoot en het aanspreekpunt van het team. U verleent volledige administratieve en organisatorische support:

  • Agendabeheer, planning en organisatie van vergaderingen
  • Behandelen van e-mails en post op een proactieve manier
  • Eindredactie van teksten in onberispelijk Engels, Nederlands en Frans
  • Organiseren van vergaderingen en conferentiegesprekken; klaarmaken en voorbereiden van alle nodige documenten en dossiers
  • Bijhouden van time sheets en voorbereiden van de facturatie
  • Facturatie
  • Klassement en archivering
  • Typen en verzorgen van de lay-out van documenten, rapporten, conclusies, correspondentie, enz.
  • Beantwoorden en afhandelen van telefonische oproepen
  • Uitwerken van PowerPoint presentaties
  • Algemene administratieve en organisatorische taken 
Profiel:

U bent vlot drietalig Nederlands-Frans-Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en heeft de capaciteit om de eindredactie te verzekeren van Nederlandse, Engelse en Franse teksten. U kunt terugblikken op een gelijkaardige ervaring als personal assistant. Daarbij hebt u een uitstekende kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Outlook).

U hebt goede administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden, werkt uiterst nauwgezet en bent hypergeorganiseerd. U bent matuur en in staat om zaken te relativeren.
