• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in employment and benefits law at a business or niche law firm.
• You hold a master’s degree in law from a Belgian University with strong academic results. An LL.M. in Social Law is a strong plus.
• Native Dutch-speaker or Native French-Speaker with excellent command of English. Good knowledge of the other national language (French or Dutch) is a distinct advantage.

THE POSITION

The Brussels office of Strelia is seeking a mid-level associate to joint its Corporate | M&A team.

You will join a dynamic and well-integrated team of corporate lawyers working on various types of corporate matters across the whole spectrum of corporate work: M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital deals, restructurings, shareholders and governance matters, manpack structuration, etc.
