Strelia is pleased to announce that Bart De Moor, Partner and Head of our Restructuring & Insolvency practice, will co‑chair the upcoming one‑day seminar “Restructuring and Insolvency of Groups of Companies”, taking place in Brussels on 6 March 2026.

The event is jointly organised by INSOL Europe and Réseau CAP, and will bring together speakers from France, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Belgium, and the European Commission.

As INSOL Europe’s Country Coordinator for Belgium, Bart will co‑chair the event, deliver the opening remarks, and take part in the second panel discussion during the morning session.

INSOL Europe is the leading European association of insolvency practitioners, lawyers, bankers, investors, auditors, and related professionals, representing more than 1,500 members across Europe.
