Bart De Moor, partner in our Dispute Resolution and in our Restructuring & Insolvency practice, was a discussant in opposing opinions at an IBA conference, organised by the Insolvency Section in Zurich on Monday 3 June 2024.

This interactive session was devoted to “dilemmas we may encounter while working at restructurings: an interactive intermezzo”. 

Bart's presentation covered opposing opinions on whether office holders in insolvency proceedings are entitled or not to use confidential correspondence between the debtor and its lawyer”.
