Bart De Moor, partner in our dispute resolution and insolvency and restructuring practices, president of bMediation and former president of the Brussels Bar, received a delegation from China in the courthouse and in the offices of bMediation. 

The delegation from the Mediation Centre of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CPPIT) came to Brussels to visit bMediation. The CCPIT counts 30.000 members and organises 13.000 mediation sessions per year.

Meetings were held to organise future collaboration between bMediation and the CCPIT.
