HERMAN CRAENINCKX JOINS STRELIA

After spending 30 years as a partner at Stibbe, Herman Craeninckx will continue his career as a partner of Strelia, where he will head the employment law team.
Herman Craeninckx is a well-known specialist in employment law. He recently assisted RTL with its restructuring, Proximus in its dispute with Didier Bellens, as well as Belfius and Holcim-Lafarge. Besides his activities as a lawyer, Herman Craeninckx is chairman of the Lotharingen Club and director of WWF Belgium and BECI.
Strelia is a business law firm whose focus is on mergers and acquisitions, trade disputes and financial disputes, both in Belgium and abroad. It was launched in 2013 by several partners from international firms who were keen to offer their clients a high-quality service in a human size structure. Herman Craeninckx re-joins some of his former partners from Stibbe at Strelia, notably Jean-Pierre Fierens and Olivier Clevenbergh, who was the managing partner of Stibbe until 2011.
