Étienne est associé au sein de notre département Corporate & Finance au Luxembourg.

Il se consacre principalement à la mise en place et à la négociation de projets de private equity, aux fusions et acquisitions, aux partenariats et restructurations, ainsi qu’au droit des sociétés en général. Étienne conseille également nos clients sur leur financement (hypothèques, immobilier, prêts syndiqués, obligations, notes, etc.), l’émission d’obligations, les opérations de titrisation et leurs aspects réglementaires, et il assiste les professionnels du secteur financier. Il est également actif en droit civil et commercial et en droit de la distribution.

Le principal objectif d’Étienne est d’aider nos clients tout au long de leur projet, en prenant part à la prise de décisions stratégiques à chaque étape. Il est reconnu pour son approche pragmatique et rationnelle.

Formation 

Étienne est diplômé de l’IEP – Sciences Po Paris en 1993. Il est également titulaire d’un LL.M. en droit d’affaires européen de la London School of Economics, obtenu en 2000.

Admissions

Étienne a été admis au Barreau de Paris en 1999. Il est également membre du Barreau du Luxembourg depuis 2013.
