We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Gisèle Rosselle as the new Managing Partner of Strelia, effective July 1, 2025.
Currently serving as Head of our Corporate/M&A practice, Gisèle Rosselle brings to this new role a deep commitment to the values that have long defined our Firm, extensive transactional experience, and sound judgment. She succeeds Olivier Clevenbergh, who has led the firm since its creation. Olivier will now be more client-focused again and will serve as Chairman to the Firm.
“After more than 12 years, this is the right time to change the top of the management of Strelia, which has evolved from a start-up to a steady player in its markets. I’m very pleased that Gisèle has accepted to take on this challenge. She has all the attributes to take us to the next level: she combines sharp vision, relentless drive with the ability to inspire others. With her on board, we continue to strengthen our commitment to excellence while fostering a culture that truly values people” said Olivier Clevenbergh.
“I am honoured to accept this appointment. This is not a personal achievement, but a reflection of the collective strength of our partnership. Olivier’s remarkable legacy, inspiring leadership, and the trust he has placed in me are deeply appreciated. I am also truly thankful to all our partners for their unwavering support and confidence - it means a great deal. We have reached milestones that serve as markers of our progress, steady growth, and excellence in everything we do. As we look to the future, our mission remains clear: solving our clients’ most important problems.” commented Gisèle Rosselle.
Gisèle joined Strelia as a partner in 2013. She is a top-ranking lawyer for her work in Private Equity and M&A with a particular focus on technology. With a distinguished record of legal and business acumen, she will guide the Firm into its next chapter, building on our legacy of success in complex high stakes matters.
As we move into the next chapter in the Firm’s history, please join us in congratulating Gisèle and thanking Olivier for his exceptional leadership and continued trust in the partnership.
