Olivier Clevenbergh est associé dans notre groupe Corporate & Finance. Il traite également des litiges et est actuellement managing partner du cabinet.

Olivier est un expert des acquisitions nationales et internationales, de la cession d'actions et d'actifs, des opérations de private equity et de capital-risque, des fusions et des joint-ventures. Il possède également une expertise spécifique dans les contrats commerciaux et est un spécialiste réputé dans le domaine de la franchise. 

Olivier combine sa pratique de négociation des transactions avec une pratique des contentieux couvrant les mêmes matières. Il représente donc également nos clients dans le cadre des litiges commerciaux et en droit des sociétés devant les tribunaux belges et arbitraux.

Son activité en règlement des litiges porte sur les réclamations post-acquisition (représentants et garanties, ajustement de prix, earn-out...), les litiges entre actionnaires et la responsabilité des administrateurs.

Admissions

Olivier Clevenbergh a été admis au Barreau de Bruxelles en 1989. Il a été admis en tant que solicitor en Angleterre et au Pays de Galles en 1995.

Formation

Olivier Clevenbergh a obtenu son diplôme de droit de l’Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) en 1989 et un Diplôme spécialisé (Licence spéciale) en Droit économique de la même université en 1991.
