In this book the strategy in international arbitration is dealt with in all its aspects, i.e. from the drafting of an arbitration clause, to the execution of an arbitral award. In doing so, the strategy of each of the actors is examined, i.e. of the lawyer, the company lawyer, the expert and the arbitrator.

On the basis of explanations and written contributions, this colloquium is the fruit of the rich experience of important actors in arbitration; experiences that are rarely found in a book or oral explanation. Moreover, the discussions and panel discussions lead to a fascinating exchange of experiences and practices.

It is therefore a unique positive contribution to international trade arbitration and arbitration in general.
