Joanna a une solide expérience en tant qu’arbitre, secrétaire de tribunaux arbitraux et conseil dans des arbitrages commerciaux ad hoc ou institutionnels (CEPANI, NAI, ICC) et pour des litiges couvrant divers secteurs tels que la construction, l’énergie, l’assurance et la réassurance et les fusions et acquisitions.

Elle a commencé sa carrière en tant qu’avocat en 2012. Avant de rejoindre Strelia en septembre 2013, elle était associée dans un cabinet d’avocats international à Anvers. Avant cela, elle était assistante à l’Institut de droit international privé à la Katholieke Universiteit Leuven et a travaillé en tant que juriste internationale privée au Kruispunt Migratie Integratie (Expertisecentrum voor Vlaanderen-Brussel). Joanna a également travaillé chez PSEG Global Inc. (Newark, États-Unis), chez Knarr-Knopp Zimmer Müller (Darmstadt, Allemagne) and Kaczor Klimczyk Pucher Wypiór (Cracovie, Pologne).

Formation 

Joanna Kolber a obtenu son diplôme de droit de la Jagiellonian University of Cracow, en Pologne en 2006. Elle a également obtenu un diplôme de Schule des Deutschen Rechts (Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, Jagiellonian University) en 2005, un diplôme de la School of American Law (Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University of America, Jagiellonian University) en 2004, et de l’Académie Internationale du droit de l’arbitrage, Central-Dis à Cologne, en Allemagne en 2007.
