Laure Bersou est membre de l’équipe de Droit Européen et Concurrence.

Laure est active dans toutes les matières du droit de la concurrence, tant en droit belge que de l’Union européenne. Elle a acquis une expérience spécifique en matière de contentieux devant les autorités et juridictions judiciaires belges et de l’Union européenne. Elle assiste aussi les opérateurs en matière de cartels, d’abus de position dominante et d’aides d’État.

Ses principaux domaines d'expertise sont le droit de la concurrence et des aides d'État, les industries de réseaux et les contentieux en droit belge et de l'Union européenne.


Formation

Laure a obtenu une Licence en droit, UCLouvain (2007), un LL.M. en droit européen, Institut d’Etudes Européennes, ULB, (2008) et un LL.M. en Etudes Juridiques Européennes, Collège d’Europe, Bruges (2009).

Admission

Laure Bersou a été admise au barreau de Bruxelles en 2013.
