Frédéric Heremans est un des associés de notre département Financement des entreprises.

Il est expert en droit bancaire et financier. Il conseille de grandes banques nationales et internationales et des groupes internationaux dans le cadre d’opérations de financement nationales et transfrontalières, notamment concernant des crédits syndiqués, des financements d’acquisition, des financements immobiliers, des financements structurés et des titrisations.

Frédéric dispose aussi d’une grande expérience en matière de fusions et acquisitions, y compris les transactions d’actions et d’actifs, le private equity, les restructurations et réorganisations et les pactes d’actionnaires.

Frédéric Heremans est aussi reconnu pour son expérience, ses compétences, son pragmatisme et son approche tournée vers les affaires, tant par les acteurs du marché en Belgique qu’à l’étranger. Il est, en outre, aussi considéré comme « un avocat de premier plan-hautement estimé en Belgique » par l’IFLR1000 et est recommandé dans le classement Legal 500. Il est l’auteur de divers articles en droit bancaire et financier.


Formation

Frédéric a obtenu sa licence en droit à l'Université de Louvain (UCL) en 1994.
