Frédéric Heremans is a partner in our Corporate & Finance practice.

Frédéric is an expert in banking and finance and advises major international and domestic banks and international groups on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, structured finance, and securitisation. He also has relevant experience in mergers & acquisitions, including share and asset deals, private equity, restructuring and reorganisations, and shareholders agreements.

Frédéric is highly valued for his expertise, his knowledge and his pragmatic, deal-oriented approach by market players in Belgium and abroad. He is, amongst others, ranked as “Leading lawyer - highly regarded in Belgium” by IFLR1000 and is recommended in Legal 500. He is the author of various articles in the field of banking and finance.

Frédéric obtained his law degree from the University of Louvain (UCL) in 1994.
