Geert Sluijs est membre de notre pratique Règlement des litiges.

Geert se concentre principalement sur l’assistance et la représentation de clients dans un large éventail de litiges commerciaux.
Il a précédemment été assistant d’enseignement et de recherche à la Faculté de droit de la KU Leuven.

Formation

Geert est titulaire d’un bachelier et d’un master en droit ainsi que d’un bachelier en philosophie de la KU Leuven, auxquels s’ajoute un master complémentaire en common law anglaise obtenu à la BPP University (distinction). Il est également titulaire d’un MPhil en Political Thought and Intellectual History de l’Université de Cambridge. Par ailleurs, il a travaillé pendant cinq ans à une thèse de doctorat en droit à la KU Leuven et reste affilié à l’université en tant que chercheur associé.

Admission

Geert a été admis au Barreau de Bruxelles en 2025.
