Nos médiateurs accrédités respectent pleinement la nouvelle loi belge du 18 juin 2018 permettant aux tribunaux d’imposer la médiation aux parties pendant les procédures judiciaires.

Différends en droit des sociétés

Nous avons une expérience considérable dans la gestion des litiges liés aux opérations de fusion et d’acquisition. Nos spécialistes en fusions et acquisitions conseillent nos clients sur les actions relatives aux violations des déclarations et garanties, aux mécanismes d'ajustement des prix, aux fraudes alléguées, aux clauses de non-concurrence, etc.

Nous assistons régulièrement nos clients dans des litiges entre actionnaires, y compris dans les litiges relatifs à l’exclusion et au retrait de la société et à l’évaluation des actions. Nous sommes aussi des médiateurs accrédités et nous pouvons résoudre ce type de problèmes.

Nous assistons les entreprises, administrateurs ou les plaignants demandeurs en ce qui concerne les questions de responsabilité des administrateurs et de gouvernance.

Contrats commerciaux et droit de la distribution

Banques, finances et assurances
