Milena Witmeur est collaboratrice au sein de notre département de règlement des litiges.

Milena se concentre principalement sur le contentieux en droit commercial et en droit des sociétés, l’arbitrage international et les modes alternatifs de résolution des litiges. Avant de rejoindre Strelia, Milena a acquis de l’expérience en M&A, ce qui lui a fourni une solide base transactionnelle venant compléter sa pratique contentieuse.

Admission

Milena Witmeur a été admise au Barreau de Bruxelles en octobre 2024.

Formation

Milena est titulaire d’un bachelier en droit de l’UCLouvain (2021), comprenant un échange Erasmus Belgica à la KU Leuven. Elle a ensuite obtenu un master en droit à la KU Leuven (2023), avec une majeure en droit privé et une mineure en droit économique. Au cours de ses études de master, Milena a effectué un échange Erasmus à l’Université d’Aberdeen (2022). Elle a ensuite obtenu un LL.M. en droit et économie à la Queen Mary University of London (2024).
