Eléonore Simonet is lid van onze Corporate & Finance praktijkgroep.

Eléonore is vooral actief op het vlak van vennootschapsrecht en staat cliënten bij in fusies en overnames, joint ventures, bedrijfsherstructureringen en andere algemene vennootschapszaken, zowel op nationaal als internationaal niveau.

Daarnaast heeft ze een sterke interesse in bank- en financieel recht. Haar focus ligt op zowel binnenlandse als grensoverschrijdende financieringstransacties, waaronder overnamefinanciering en securitisatie.

Opleiding

Eléonore behaalde in 2020 een bachelor in de rechten aan de Université Saint-Louis en een master in burgerlijk recht en strafrecht aan de Katholieke Universiteit van Leuven in 2022. Aan het einde van haar studies heeft Eléonore deelgenomen aan een uitwisseling met de universiteit van Wenen.

Toelating

Eléonore is sinds 2022 lid van de Brusselse balie.
