Loïck Goddeau is lid van onze praktijkgroep Mededingingsrecht en Sectorale regelgeving.

Loïck is gespecialiseerd in mededingingsrecht in al haar facetten, met een bijzondere aandacht voor de gereguleerde sectoren. Dit zowel op Belgisch als op Europees niveau.

Daarnaast staat hij marktspelers bij tijdens gerechtelijke procedures voor nationale en Europese rechtbanken en mededingingsautoriteiten.

Opleiding

Loïck voltooide in 2020 een dual master-traject en behaalde een master in de rechten aan zowel de Vrije Universiteit Brussel als aan de University of Leeds (LL.M). Daaropvolgend behaalde hij in 2021 een ManaMa in IP & ICT recht aan de KU Leuven, waar hij promoveerde met het proefschrift 'The concept of abuse of economic dependency with regards to Food Delivery Apps'.

In 2021 stond hij tevens aan het hoofd van de juridische afdeling van Brussels Law School Consultancy VZW, een legal clinic verbonden aan de VUB.

Toelating

Loïck is sinds 2021 lid van de Brusselse balie.
