Eléonore Simonet is a member of our Corporate & Finance practice.

Eléonore mainly deals with corporate law and assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, company restructuring and other general corporate matters at both international and domestic levels.

She also has an interest in Banking & Finance matters. She focuses on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition finance and securitization.

Education

She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the Université Saint-Louis (2020), supplemented by a Master of Law degree in Civil and Criminal Justice, Université catholique de Louvain (2022). At the end of her studies, Eléonore participated in an exchange stay at the University of Vienna.

Admission

Eléonore was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2022.
