Laurent est associé au sein de notre département Corporate & Finance.

Il est spécialisé dans les opérations de fusions et acquisitions, la restructuration de sociétés et le droit des sociétés, y compris les transactions immobilières entre entreprises.

Laurent possède une expertise spécifique en matière de private equity et de capital-risque, y compris les aspects de levée de fonds et de financement. Il conseille notamment les sociétés de biotechnologie en matière de droit des sociétés, de droit commercial et d’aspects réglementaires.


Formation 

Laurent a obtenu un diplôme de droit de l’Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) en 2007 et a étudié à la Queen’s University of Belfast (QUB) dans le cadre du Programme d’échange Erasmus.

Admissions

Laurent Verhavert a été admis au Barreau de Bruxelles en 2008 et au Barreau luxembourgeois (liste IV) en 2021.
