Laurent is a partner in our Corporate & Finance practice.

He specialises in M&A transactions, company restructuring and corporate law matters, including corporate real estate transactions.

Laurent has specific expertise in private equity and venture capital, including fundraising and financing matters. He notably advises biotech companies regarding corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.

Education

Laurent obtained a law degree from Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) in 2007 and studied at Queen’s University of Belfast (QUB) within the framework of the Erasmus exchange programme.

Admissions

Laurent was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2008 and to the Luxembourg Bar (List IV) in 2021.
