Hij is gespecialiseerd in M&A-transacties, herstructureringen van vennootschappen en vennootschapsrechtelijke kwesties, waaronder corporate vastgoedtransacties.

Laurent heeft een specifieke expertise in private equity en durfkapitaal, inclusief fondsenwerving en financiering. Hij adviseert met name biotechnologische bedrijven op het vlak van vennootschapsrechtelijke, commerciële en regelgevende kwesties.

Opleiding

Laurent Verhavert behaalde in 2007 een diploma in de rechten aan de Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) en studeerde aan de Queen’s University of Belfast (QUB) in het kader van het Erasmus uitwisselingsprogramma.

Toelating

Laurent Verhavert is sinds 2008 lid van de Brusselse balie en sinds 2021 lid van de Luxemburgse balie (Lijst IV).
