Nathalie Locht est membre de notre département Corporate and M&A.

Sa pratique se concentre sur les fusions et acquisitions nationales et internationales, ainsi que sur les transactions de private equity et de capital risque. Elle conseille également des sociétés privées sur les restructurations et les questions de gouvernance d’entreprise. En outre, elle possède une vaste expérience dans l’assistance aux organisations à but non lucratif en matière de gouvernance d’entreprise.

Admission

Nathalie Locht a été admise au barreau de Bruxelles en 2014.

Formation

Nathalie a obtenu un Master en droit à l’UCLouvain (2013), avec une spécialisation en droit européen, comprenant un échange Erasmus à l’Université La Sapienza de Rome. Elle a ensuite obtenu un LL.M. en droit européen et international des affaires à la Leiden Law School (2015). Elle a par la suite complété un Master interdisciplinaire en sciences et gestion de l’environnement et du développement durable à l’UCLouvain (2021).
