Nathalie Locht is lid van onze Corporate and M&A praktijkgroep.

Haar praktijk richt zich op binnenlandse en internationale fusies en overnames, private equity- en durfkapitaaltransacties. Zij adviseert ook niet beursgenoteerde vennootschappen over herstructureringen en corporate governancevraagstukken. Bovendien heeft zij uitgebreide ervaring in het begeleiden van non profitorganisaties bij corporate governance zaken.

Nathalie Locht is sinds 2014 lid van de Brusselse balie.


Opleiding

Nathalie behaalde een Master in de Rechten aan de UCLouvain (2013), met een specialisatie in Europees recht, inclusief een Erasmusuitwisseling aan de Universiteit La Sapienza in Rome. Vervolgens behaalde zij een LL.M. in Europees en Internationaal Ondernemingsrecht aan de Leiden Law School (2015). Later voltooide zij een interdisciplinaire Master in Milieuwetenschappen en Duurzame Ontwikkeling aan de UCLouvain (2021).
