Nathalie Locht is a member of our Corporate and M&A practice.

Her practice focuses on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. She also advises privately held companies on corporate restructurings and corporate governance matters. In addition, she has extensive experience in assisting non-for-profit organizations in corporate governance matters.

Admission

Nathalie Locht was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2014.

Education

Nathalie completed a Master of Law at UCLouvain (2013), with a specialisation in European Law, including an Erasmus exchange at La Sapienza University in Rome. She then obtained an LL.M. in European and International Business Law from Leiden Law School (2015). She later completed an interdisciplinary Master in Science and Management of the Environment and Sustainable Development at UCLouvain (2021).
