Clotilde is lid van onze praktijkgroep Mededingingsrecht en Sectorale regelgeving.

Clotilde is gespecialiseerd in mededingingsrecht in al haar facetten, met een bijzondere aandacht voor de gereguleerde sectoren. Daarnaast staat zij marktspelers bij tijdens gerechtelijke procedures voor nationale en Europese rechtbanken en mededingingsautoriteiten.

Opleiding

Clotilde behaalde een bachelor in Ondernemingsrecht en behaalde vervolgens een master in Internationaal Handelsrecht aan de Universiteit van Montpellier in 2017. In 2018 heeft ze stage gelopen in Londen bij een internationaal advocatenkantoor gespecialiseerd in private handhaving. Ze behaalde ook aanvullende universitaire diploma's in Verbintenissenrecht en Binnenlandse en Internationale Procesvoering.

Voordat ze zich bij Strelia voegde, werkte Clotilde voor grote Franse en Amerikaanse advocatenkantoren in Brussel.

Toelating

Clotilde is lid van de balie van Parijs en staat op de E-lijst van de balie van Brussel.
