Mediona Shehu is lid van onze praktijkgroep Mededingingsrecht en Sectorale regelgeving.

Mediona is gespecialiseerd in mededingingsrecht in al zijn aspecten (antitrust, fusiecontrole, staatssteun) en heeft een uitgebreide ervaring in gereguleerde sectoren zoals energie, vervoer en telecommunicatie. Dankzij haar aanvullende achtergrond in economie behandelt zij zaken vanuit een multidisciplinair perspectief en heeft zij een diepgaand inzicht in complexe technische kwesties. Mediona is bijzonder actief in administratieve en gerechtelijke procedures, zowel op Europees als op nationaal niveau.

Opleiding

Mediona behaalde een master in de rechten aan de Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2018 en een master in economische wetenschappen aan de Université de Liège in 2019.

Toelating

Mediona is sinds 2019 lid van de Brusselse balie.
