Yesterday, Strelia co-organised a webinar with the IBJ-IJE (Instituut voor bedrijfsjuristen - Institut des juristes d'entreprise), entitled "Belgian Foreign Direct Investment screening mechanism: premiers développements après l’entrée en vigueur - informations pratiques".

Pierre Goffinet, partner in our Competition Law and Regulatory practice, had the opportunity to present this topic alongside Anne Bonet, President of the Belgian FDI Screening Commission.

Their presentations covered their respective practical experiences of (i) the scope of application of the Belgian FDI rules and (ii) the procedure within/before the Belgian FDI Screening Commission.
