Denajda Bajraktari is a member of our Restructuring and Insolvency practice.

Denajda mainly handles matters relating to restructuring and insolvency, commercial law and deals with dispute resolution cases relating to these types of matters.

Education

Denajda holds a bachelor’s degree of Laws from the University of Namur and a master’s degree in Economic Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). During her studies, she had the opportunity to work for the International Organization for Migration (IOM-UN) where she was in charge of the implementation of the ARISE_ALL plan in Belgium.
