Laure Bersou is a member of the Competition law, Regulatory & Foreign Investment team.
Laure is active in all areas of competition law, both in Belgian and European Union law. She has acquired specific experience in litigation before the Belgian and European Union authorities and courts. She also assists operators in matters of cartels, abuse of dominant position and State aid.
Her main areas of expertise are Competition and State aid law, Network industries and Litigation in Belgian and European Union law.
Education
Laure obtained a law degree from Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) in 2007, an LL.M. in European Law from Institute of European Studies, ULB in 2008 and an LL.M. in European Legal Studies from College of Europe, Bruges in 2009.
Admission
Laure was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2013.
