Michaël Meylan is a partner in our Corporate and M&A practice in Luxembourg.

Michaël advises on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, reorganisations, restructurings, and joint ventures.

Michaël Meylan represents numerous international corporate groups, private equity firms, family offices, and HNWI in business transactions (international structuring and restructuring, private equity, and M&A transactions) and corporate law matters.


Education

Michaël Meylan graduated in law from Jean Moulin Lyon III University (1998). He has an LL.M in European business law from Radboud University of Nijmegen (1999) and a postgraduate law degree in EU law from Jean Moulin Lyon III University (2000).


Admission

Michaël was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2001 and was admitted to practice in Luxembourg in 2018.
