Sébastien Ryelandt is a partner in our Dispute Resolution practice.

He has over 20 years of experience in litigation and arbitration, in banking litigation in particular, including asset management liability claims, credit facility agreement disputes and first demand bank guarantee claims and criminal proceedings (white-collar crime). He also handles general commercial litigation.

Education

Sébastien obtained his law degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven) in 1990 and a specialised degree (Licence spéciale) in Tax Law from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 1991.
