Théotime Liesenborghs is a member of our Corporate & Finance practice.

He advises on all aspects of Belgian corporate law and assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, company restructuring and other general corporate matters at both international and domestic levels.

Education

Théotime obtained a master’s degree in law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL) in 2022. In that same year, he took part in an Erasmus exchange at Universität Wien, in Vienna. Furthermore, Théotime holds an LL.M. International Business Law from the ULB (2023).

Admission

Théotime was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2023.
