Jennifer Huybrechts est membre de notre département de droit du travail et des avantages sociaux.

Jennifer a commencé sa carrière comme avocate en 1996. Elle a travaillé au sein de cabinets d’avocats internationaux et a conseillé des clients en matière de droit du travail et de contentieux commercial. Avant de réintégrer le Barreau en 2026, elle a occupé le poste de directrice régionale juridique et compliance au sein d’une entreprise multinationale active dans le secteur des sciences de la vie.


Formation

Jennifer Huybrechts a obtenu son Master en droit (Cum Laude, 1995) à la KU Leuven, après avoir participé à un programme d'échange Erasmus à l'université de Lund (1993-1994), et a simultanément obtenu un certificat en philosophie à l'Académie de philosophie de la KU Leuven. Elle a ensuite obtenu un LL.M. en droit des affaires internationales au King's College de Londres (1996), avec une spécialisation en droit européen de la concurrence, marché intérieur, droit d'auteur et droit commercial international.

Par la suite, elle a terminé un Master en droit avec une spécialisation en droit de la propriété intellectuelle (cum laude), à la KU Bruxelles/Leuven (2004–2008) et elle achève actuellement un Master en droit – droit social et droit du travail – à la VUB.

Admission

Jennifer Huybrechts a été admise au barreau de Bruxelles en 1996.
