Jennifer Huybrechts is lid van onze Arbeidsrecht praktijkgroep.

Jennifer begon haar carrière als advocate in 1996. Zij heeft gewerkt bij internationale advocatenkantoren en cliënten geadviseerd over zaken inzake arbeids- en socialezekerheidsrecht en commerciële geschillen. Vooraleer zij in 2026 opnieuw toetrad tot de balie, werkte zij als regionale in‑house legal & compliance director voor een multinationale onderneming actief in de life sciences-sector.


Opleiding

Jennifer Huybrechts behaalde haar Master in de Rechten (cum laude, 1995) aan de KU Leuven, inclusief een Erasmusuitwisseling aan de Universiteit van Lund (1993–1994), en voltooide gelijktijdig een Certificaat in de Filosofie aan de Filosofische Academie van de KU Leuven. Vervolgens behaalde zij een LL.M. in International Business Law aan King’s College London (1996), met focus op EU‑mededingingsrecht, interne markt, auteursrecht en internationaal handelsrecht.

Later behaalde zij een Postgraduaat Master in de Rechten, met specialisatie in Intellectuele Eigendomsrechten (cum laude) aan de KU Brussel/Leuven (2004–2008) en momenteel voltooit zij een Postgraduaat Master in de Rechten – Arbeids- en Socialezekerheidsrecht – aan de VUB.
