On Thursday 18 April 2024, Bart De Moor, partner in our Dispute Resolution practice and in our Restructuring & Insolvency practice, was a speaker at the ECTA ®ETREAT in The Hague.

The meeting's topic was ‘Moving beyond the Frontiers of IP’ and Bart's intervention focused on the Insolvency Aspects of IP Valuation.

It was the opportunity to discuss the various contexts in reorganisation and bankruptcy proceedings where a valuation is necessary of the assets, especially the IP.
