Ze vertegenwoordigde en vertegenwoordigt tal van publieke en private bedrijven in M&A met een bijzondere focus op cliënten en zaken uit de technologiesector.

Opleiding

Gisèle Rosselle behaalde in 1992 een diploma in de rechten aan de Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL), in 1993 een postuniversitair diploma in Europees Recht (Diplôme des Etudes Approfondies en Droit Communautaire) aan de universiteit van Aix-Marseille III, in 1994 een postuniversitair diploma in internationaal handelsrecht aan de Universiteit van Turijn, in 2001 een postuniversitair diploma in Arts Management aan de Universiteit Antwerpen (UFSIA) en in 2013 een Executive Master’s degree aan de INSEAD Business School.

Gisèle Rosselle is lid van de IBA, ABA, en van de American Chamber of Commerce.
