Hélène Deroubaix is lid van onze arbeidsrecht praktijkgroep.

Voordat Hélène bij Strelia kwam, was zij advocate gespecialiseerd in arbeids- en tewerkstellingsrecht binnen gerenommeerde advocatenkantoren gespecialiseerd in ondernemingsrecht. Vervolgens was zij doctoraal onderzoeker (met een FNRS-FRESH beurs) aan het Centrum voor Publiek- en Sociaal Recht van de Université libre de Bruxelles. Tijdens haar wetenschappelijke loopbaan richtte zij zich op het sociaal zekerheidsrecht en nam zij deel aan diverse nationale en internationale wetenschappelijke evenementen.

Hélène focust zowel op individueel als collectief arbeidsrecht, evenals op sociaal zekerheidsrecht.

Haar praktijk omvat zowel de private als de publieke sector.

Opleiding

Hélène behaalde haar bachelor in de rechten aan de Université Saint-Louis Bruxelles en voltooide een master in de rechten aan de ULB. Daarnaast behaalde ze een master in arbeids- en tewerkstellingsrecht aan de VUB.

Toelating

Hélène is sinds september 2016 lid van de Brusselse balie.
