Hélène Deroubaix is lid van onze arbeidsrecht praktijkgroep.

Hélène is gespecialiseerd in arbeids- en tewerkstellingsrecht en heeft zich altijd toegelegd op dit rechtsgebied binnen gerenommeerde advocatenkantoren. Na vier jaar aan de balie, en vlak voor haar komst naar Strelia, was ze doctoraal onderzoeker (beurs van FNRS-FRESH) aan het Centrum voor Publiek- en Sociaal Recht van de ULB. Tijdens haar academisch onderzoek focuste ze op het socialezekerheidsrecht en nam ze deel aan verschillende nationale en internationale evenementen op het gebied van rechtswetenschappen.

Hélène richt zich op individueel en collectief arbeidsrecht, evenals op het socialezekerheidsrecht, waarbij ze cliënten uit de privésector adviseert.


Opleiding

Hélène behaalde haar bachelor in de rechten aan de Université Saint-Louis Bruxelles en voltooide een master in de rechten aan de ULB. Daarnaast behaalde ze een master in arbeids- en tewerkstellingsrecht aan de VUB.

Toelating

Hélène is sinds september 2016 lid van de Brusselse balie.
