Sarah De Deyn is lid van onze praktijkgroep Geschillenbeslechting.

Sarah richt zich voornamelijk op een breed bereik aan geschillen inzake handelsrecht, vennootschapsrecht en contractenrecht, in diverse sectoren, zowel op nationaal als internationaal niveau.

Daarnaast heeft ze ervaring opgedaan binnen onze Corporate M&A-praktijk, waar ze zich vooral bezighield met vennootschapsrecht en cliënten begeleidde bij fusies en overnames, joint ventures, herstructureringen van ondernemingen en andere algemene vennootschapsrechtelijke aangelegenheden, zowel internationaal als nationaal.

Opleiding

Sarah behaalde in 2023 een master in rechten aan de Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL) en ze voltooide onlangs een LL.M. International Business Law (2024) aan de Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Toelating

Sarah is sinds September 2024 lid van de Brusselse balie.
