Vanessa staat cliënten bij in zakelijke transacties en adviseert hen over algemeen vennootschapsrecht, waaronder fusies en overnames, liquidaties, migraties, herstructureringen en joint ventures.

Meer in het bijzonder richt Vanessa Schmitt zich op grensoverschrijdende private equity- en M&A-transacties.


Opleiding

Vanessa is afgestudeerd in de rechten aan de Robert Schumann Universiteit van Straatsburg (2003). Zij heeft een master in de rechten behaald aan de Universiteit van Essex in het Verenigd Koninkrijk (2004) en een postdoctorale graad in de rechten "International and European Legal Careers" aan de Universiteit Pierre Mendès-France in Grenoble (2005).
